Small-Scale Industries and Handicrafts Development Agency Establishment Proclamation Repealing Proclamation

WHEREAS, it is found necessary to repeal the Small-Scale Industries and Handicrafts Development Agency Establishment Proclamation No. 28/1996;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1. Short Title

This Proclamation may be cited as the “Small-Scale Industries and Handicrafts Development Agency Establishment Proclamation Repealing Proclamation No.34/1996.”

2. Repeal

The Small-Scale Industries and Handicrafts Development Agency Establishment Proclamation No. 28/1996 is hereby repealed.

3. Effective Date

This Proclamation shall come into force as of the 7th day of May, 1996.
