National Fertilizer Industry Agency Establishment (Amendment) Proclamation

WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the National Fertilizer Industry Agency Establishment Proclamation;

NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1. Short Title

This Proclamation may be cited as the “National Fertilizer Industry Agency Establishment (Amendment) Proclamation No. 41/1996.”

2. Amendment

Article 9 of the National Fertilizer Industry Agency Establishment Proclamation No. 106/1994 is hereby deleted and replaced by the following new Article 9:

"9. Members of the Board

Members of the Board, including the Chairman thereof, shall be designated by the Government with their number to be determined as necessary."

3. Effective Date

This Proclamation shall enter into force as of the 5th day of July, 1996.
