1989 Fiscal Year Supplementary Budget Proclamation

In accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:

1. TITLE

This Proclamation may be cited as the “1989 Fiscal Year Supplementary Budget Proclamation NO. 76/1997.”

2. SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET PROCLAMATION FOR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDERTAKINGS

There is hereby appropriated from federal revenues and other funds, for undertakings set forth in the Schedule hereto, the additional amount of Birr 11,203,200 (Eleven Million Two Hundred and Three Thousand and Two Hundred Birr) for the Fiscal Year Commencing on Hamle 1, 1988 E.C. and ending on Sene 30,1989 E.C.

3. DETAILS OF REVENUE

The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized and directed, upon the request of the Heads of the concerned government organs, to disburse the respective additional amounts as appropriated in the Schedule hereto.
