1990 Fiscal Year Additional project and its Supplementary Budget Proclamation

SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET PROCLAMATION FOR ADDITIONAL PROJECT OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDERTAKINGS.

In accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Article 21 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Administration Proclamation No. 57/1996, it is here by proclaimed as follows:

1. SHORT TITLE

This Proclamation may be cited as the “1990 Fiscal Year Additional project and its Supplementary Bud- get Proclamation No. 94/1997.”

2. APPROPRIATION

There is hereby appropriated from Federal Govern- ment revenues and other funds, for an additional project set forth in the Sechdule hereto, the additional amount of Birr 24,331,638 (twenty four million three hundred thirty one thousand and six hundred thirty eight Birr) for the Fiscal year commencing on Hamle 1, 1989 E.C. and ending on Sene 30,1990 E.C.

3. AUTHORIZATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

The Minister of Finance is here by authorized and directed, upon the request of the head of the concerned Federal Government organ, to disbur- se the additional amount appropriated herein for the undertaking of its respective organ.
