1990 E.C. Fiscal Year Supplementary Budget Proclamation
In accordance with Article 21 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Administration Proclamation No. 57/1996 and Article 55(1) of the Constitution, it is hereby proclaimed as follows:
1. This Proclamation may be cited as the "1990 E.C. Fiscal Year Supplementary Budget Proclamation No. 112/1998."
2. There is hereby appropriated from Federal Revenues and other funds, for undertakings set forth in the Schedule hereto, the additional amount of Birr 14,391,216 (Fourteen Million Three Hundred and Ninety one Thousand and Two Hundred and Sixteen Birr) for the fiscal year commencing on Hamle 1, 1989 E.C. and ending on Sene 30, 1990 E.C.
3. The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized and directed, upon the request of the head of the concerned government organ, to disburse the additional amount as appropriated in the Schedule hereto.Done at Addis Ababa, this 23rd day of May, 1998.
