1990 Fiscal Year Additional Project and its Supplementary Budget proclamation

In accordance with Article 55(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and Article 21 of the Federal Government of Ethiopia Financial Administration Proclamation No. 57/1996 an additional project and its supplementary budget is hereby proclaimed as follows:

PROCLAMATION NO. 96/1998

1. Proclamation Title

SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET PROCLAMATION FOR ADDITIONAL PROJECT OF FEDERAL GOVERNMENT UNDERTAKING

2. Short Title

This Proclamation may be cited as the “1990 Fiscal Year Additional Project and its Supplementary Budget proclamation No. 96/1998.”

3. Appropriation

An additional project and its supplementary budget of 2,874,200 (two million eight hundred seventy four thousand two hundred birr) is hereby appropriated in the schedule attached here to for the fiscal year commencing on Hamle 1, 1989 E.C. and ending on Sene 30, 1990 E.C. from Federal Government revenues and other funds for the undertaking set forth.

4. Authority to Disburse

The Minister of Finance is hereby authorized and directed, upon the request of the head of the concerned Federal Government organ, to disburse out of the Federal Government revenues and other funds the amount appropriated herein for the undertaking of its respective organ.
